The Exhibition Pavilion is purpose-designed to cater for a wide variety of functions: large exhibitions, with a capacity of 100 booths, international sporting events, Corporate Annual General Meetings, company product launches and promotional events, large banquets with a dinner capacity of 600 (with pre-function area) or 800 guests.
The floorspace covers an area of 1875 square metres and can be divided with the use of a theatrical curtain across the support beams. The exhibition pavilion is fully air-conditioned. Single and three phase power is available within the floor, as well as phone and fax points. Exhibitor access is enhanced with the inclusion of two large access doors located at the rear of the building, making it easy to assemble large scale stands with heavy equipment. Free outdoor parking for 500 cars is available directly in front of the building, and additional parking for 1500 cars is available closer to the club. The grounds surrounding the Exhibition Pavilion are level and turfed, and available to erect temporary structures or to be used for field displays.
