At Bathurst Panthers, our professional Events team is on hand to assist you in every way to ensure the success of your banquet, conference or exhibition. We have six facilities from which you can choose to hold your conference, banquet or trade show.

Catering is flexible. We can organise everything from tea & coffee to a full banquet. At Bathurst Panthers we offer a wide variety of menus ranging from a simple buffet to an elaborate carvery buffet and either two course or three course served menus. And from just $25 per hour, your room can be set up to your specification. Your choice of theatre, boardroom, u-shape or classroom style seating makes almost anything possible in our facilities.

Bathurst Panthers for Weddings

The team at Bathurst Panthers will ensure every aspect of your event will be handled efficiently, professionally and with the friendly service for which we are renowned.

We offer an extensive range of menus including buffets, served meals, Hors D'ourves, and even a special children’s menu. Included in the menu price is the room hire fee, full set-up of the function room on single rectangular tables of eight including table linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware, serviettes in your choice of one colour, bar facilities and bar stewards.
